The seller will list his car on site and it will be published on site after due inspection of car by our service advisor. The seller can recommend the sale price of the car. The buyer who wants to buy the car will contact the seller through our advisor with his offer price. Once the deal is confirmed, a buyer can book a car by paying a small token amount depending upon the sale price.

Once token amount is received by us the same will be forwarded to the seller and the vehicle will be made available for inspection to the buyer.

Once the deal gets finalised the final amount will be collected from buyer and will be paid to the seller.

The seller can avail our additional services like RTO registration of car, Car loan, Insurance, warranty, refurbishment of car etc.

Yes, We provide finance options from various banks and financial institutions.

We will provide you with all the details regarding the car on site. The detailed service history will be available for the paid members of the site.

In case of deal is cancelled by seller, the token amount will be refunded after deduction of service charges if any.

In case of car is cancelled by the buyer after confirming the deal, the token amount is non-refundable.

The buyer has to complete the payment process within 15 days once the deal is finalised. In case of delay the Sastavahan can cancel the deal and token amount will not be refunded.

No charges are required to be paid for listing of the car on Sastavahan. Minimal Services charges will be charged once the deal is closed.

The buyer or seller will have to pay for any additional services like RTO registration of car, Car loan, Insurance, warranty, refurbishment of car etc.

The completion of payment process will be the responsibility of Sastavahan if deal is done through Sastavahan.

If warranty is opted, Sastavahan will take care of any service issues related to the car for the period opted by buyer subject to terms and conditions.

Sastavahan will not be responsible for any deal not done through Sastavahan even though the vehicle is listed on Sastavahan.

Following are the responsibilities of the seller

• Make available his car and RC for inspection once the car is listed on our Sastavahan.
• Make his car available for inspection as per schedule for buyer once the token amount is received by Sastavahan.
• Make available all the original documents like Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, Bank NOC (if hypothecated) at the time of finalisation of deal.

Following are the responsibilities of the seller

• Make payment of token amount once the car is shortlisted.
• Make final payment within 15 days once the deal is finalized.
• Transfer of vehicle ownership and Insurance
