These Terms of Use govern the use of the domain name www.sastavahan.in/ SASTA VAHAN (hereinafter referred to as “Website/ Mobile App”.). The Website/Mobile App is owned and operated by M/s CITYCASA FINANCE,  with its registered office situated at Office No.203 2nd Floor, Block III, Lloyds Chambers, Mangalwar Peth, Pune – 411011.

Liability

Sasta Vahan is not responsible for any liability. All listings may go through a review process, and the approval of a listing will be at the discretion of Sasta Vahan.

Listing Approval

Prospective buyers will see images after they are approved. The rest of the details will be visible instantly after the ad goes live.

 Free and Premium Listings

An individual user can list only one car as part of the free listings. If a user wants to upload more cars, they will have to upgrade to SellEasy. The SellEasy charge will be applicable for every new car ad that avails premium benefits.

Seller’s Responsibilities

As a seller, you certify that all information provided by you against your listed car is true. The seller is solely responsible for completing and verifying the documentation before concluding the sale. Any sale concluded by the seller shall be the sole responsibility of the seller.

 Premium Ad Validity and Refund Policy

The validity of a premium ad is 90 days. If you are not able to find satisfactory buyers, a 100% refund is guaranteed, processed within 8-9 business days. The refund period is between 30-90 days from the date of payment. Refund is applicable on one listing per mobile number.

Benefits of Upgrading to Premium

Upgrading to premium from free listing boosts the listing of the customer to provide 5x more views. Buyer details will be shared with the premium seller via SMS and shown on the website. It is the seller’s responsibility to contact the buyers and check required details and documents. Sasta Vahan will not be responsible for any deficiency or dispute arising between the buyer and seller.

Listing Restrictions and Quality

Seller listings will be visible in the primary city of the seller only and cannot be changed once the vehicle is listed. Sasta Vahan does not guarantee a fixed sale of the vehicle but will make best efforts to provide maximum views, which depends on listing quality (e.g., number of images, image quality, correct vehicle details, popularity of make and model, listing price, vehicle condition, etc.). Once the make and model for the vehicle are entered, they cannot be changed later. Premium ads, once deleted intentionally or unintentionally by the user, cannot be made live again.

 Eligibility for Free Listing Plan

The free listing plan is open only to individuals or private party sellers who list their car for sale on Sasta Vahan. Dealers, brokers, or those who trade in cars are not eligible. Sasta Vahan reserves the right to withdraw or alter any or all of the terms and conditions of the plan at any time without prior notice.

Communication Authorization

You authorize Sasta Vahan to call or SMS you in connection with your car advertisement.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune only. The existence of a dispute shall not constitute a claim against Sasta Vahan.

Acceptance of Terms

Any individual who lists their car on Sasta Vahan, availing the plan, accepts the terms and conditions specified above in total.

User Conduct

Users will not abuse or misuse the website or engage in any activity that violates the terms of this Agreement. In such cases, Sasta Vahan may suspend the user’s account or permanently debar them from accessing the website.
