1. Premium Ad Validity Each premium ad is valid for a duration of 90 days from the date of listing. If you are unable to find satisfactory buyers within this period, you are eligible for a 100% refund. 2. Refund Eligibility Refund requests can be made anytime between 30 to 90 days from the date of payment. Refunds are applicable only on one listing per mobile number. 3. Refund Process Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 8-9 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. 4. Refund Exceptions Refunds are only available for listings that do not receive satisfactory buyer responses. Refunds are not available for listings that violate our terms and conditions or if there is misuse of the service. 5. Provide your listing details and the payment information to initiate the refund process. By posting a premium ad with us, you agree to the terms of this refund and return policy. Cancellation Policy
At Sasta Vahan, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency to our users. Please review our cancellation policy to understand how cancellations are handled:
1. Cancellation of Premium Ads You may cancel your premium ad listing at any time during the 90-day validity period. Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations can still be processed, but the listing fee will not be refunded. 2. How to Cancel To cancel your premium ad, please contact our support team at 8600-111-101 customersupport@sastavahan.in or use the cancellation option available in your account dashboard. Provide your listing details and payment information to facilitate the cancellation process. 3. Refund for Cancellations If your cancellation request is made within the first 24 hours, a full refund will be processed within 8-9 business days to the original payment method. Cancellations made after 24 hours will terminate the listing but will not be eligible for any refund. 4. Non-Refundable Cases Listings that are canceled after 24 hours of posting are non-refundable, except in cases where you are eligible for a refund as per our Refund and Return Policy. 5. Modifying or Reposting Canceled Listings If you wish to modify or repost a canceled listing, you will need to create a new listing, subject to the applicable fees and terms.
